The recipes have been developed and redefined by Danish chef Birgit Underwood, who has now created a distinct individual style.
The pastry, in particular, is Birgit's own special recipe that makes the
creations unique. And, has been developed to withstand freezing
and defrosting without losing flavour or texture.
All our creations are available to order for delivery, from rustic quiches
to Danish specialities including Kransekage celebration cake.
